Administrative web platform for Newsie Agreements: one console for master Tycoon/Operator agreements, exhibits, role hierarchies (Admins, Tycoons, Operators), and territory import/assignment at scale. We used AI where it accelerates safely—boilerplate screens, migrations, test scaffolding, and repetitive refactors—while keeping people in the loop for permissions, billing-adjacent flows, and anything that could change customer legal posture. We aim for steady progress (build faster · launch smarter · scale without limits) without trading away the approvals that make production trustworthy.

  • The Challenge: Enterprise admin UX plus sensitive domain rules—cost and technical intimidation used to stall delivery. Today’s AI can absorb grunt work (layout variants, CRUD drafts, data-shape experiments) so the initiative stays workable while former bottlenecks shrink, not the compliance bar.
